The property itself is amazing with beatiful swimming pool. Its very quiet and isolated fron the noise of Jaipur. Rooms make you feel like a real Maharaja :) hotel staff most polite and helpful. Owners make you feel personally very welcome. Saturday pool parties are a must go! Excellent value for money. If you go to Jaipur, that's the best place to stay. Even we had do pay twice a much, it would still be our first choice.

Real gem of a hotel, absolutely beautiful. Spacious, spotless rooms with original features and a stunning pool and gardens to boot. Pretty central too and highly recommended. We were convinced we'd got the price wrong the whole stay as it feels much like the 5 star, ten times the price, palaces we'd also stayed in.

Heritage: We stayed at a charming hotel that exuded the rich history and grandeur of a bygone era. the property itself was like stepping back in time, with its elegant ambience and fascinating history. the owner was a delightful host and made our stay truly memorable. we loved that part of the property was dedicated to a school, and our son enjoyed interacting with the students. It was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cons: Everything is what I need and want. 🙌.

Very helpful staff
They did not clean the room before they check in so dusty on the floor. Towel is very smelly and there are a lot of mosquitoes.

The ambiance of the hotel is amazing, Naila Bagh is in the house of a former prime-minister and its architecture is truly impressive, from the walls to the furniture. The rooms are spacious and you feel like you're in the colonial India. If the hotel is not very crowded, you will most likely get a free upgrade to a better room.
It's typical Indian, meaning bugs, lack of cleaning and the aspect of old and not refurbished in ages

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another advantage was the spacious and clean rooms, providing a comfortable accommodation experience.
There was a major drawback during our stay. There was a dance club in the same premises as the hotel, resulting in loud and annoying music that could be heard in our room until the wee hours of the night.

An absolut fantastic exprience in a hotel of a different kind. Still in family ownership, the palace has saved its 150 year old mood in a skillfull way. A really unbeatable service (especially as n o t always perfect) made the stay the best experience of our Rajasthan tour. People which like old buildings and the special feelings related to that will love it! Perfect clean and wonderfull swimming pool and a garden made for in-town relexaing make the picture complete.

The room (deluxe room #311) is extremely big and clean... Nice environment and we have great and comfortable sleep. Nice swimming pool & breakfast buffet. Amazing services and helpful staff, when check- out, we are amazedly how much they care about customer feedback :) a true valuable stay! Its not in those main busy street or buz area, so you could enjoy your quiet stay. Recommended! [We ended up the trip by a chaos about train in the midnight, Madam Naila and the staff gave us great help to settle us back in the hotel and make me feel very peace and safe]
If one thing to improve, the Internet can be accessed in the room...well it's just minor thing :) could be good that you don't have that in the room so that you could have true relax =)
